Home and Land preservation are ingrained in the story of James A. Cochrane, Inc. Combining his love of people and his passion for the land, Mr. Cochrane founded JAC in 1964. He was preemptive in the land preservation movement in Chester County, assembling parcels of land to sell to buyers that continued to be stewards of the land.
Fifty-plus years later the team at James A. Cochrane, Inc. is still committed to preserving open space & the historic homes & outbuildings dotting the beautiful Chester County countryside. Several members of our team have professional & educational backgrounds in land preservation & historic preservation.
