Liz joined the Cochrane firm in 2016 with a professional and educational background in the preservation of our historic, cultural, and rural land resources. Having worked as an architectural historian and within the real estate development field, Liz has been involved with preserving, restoring, and revitalizing historic buildings, neighborhoods and communities. She even knows her way around the farm, as she began her professional career working to preserve farmland & has ridden and worked with horses since a young age.
Chester County is now home, but she grew up in beautiful Bucks County and has lived in Philadelphia as well as Delaware & Lancaster counties.
